Residents Special - Case 3

Description:

A 43 year old female patient with a 3 month history of fatigue, drowsiness, tension headache aggrevated by movement, gait abnormalities and loss of visual field and visual acuity. Magnetic resonance imaging of the brain showed an expansive solid-cystic tumor in the right parieto-occipital region, measuring 58x46 mm, compressing the occipital horn of the right lateral ventricle. A part of the tumor showed intense contrast enhacement.
