Description:

Male patient, 42 yrs old, which directly contacted the surgeon with suspected recidive of former „unknown“ sarcoma couple of years ago in cicatrix in gluteal region, 24.6.2013 the clinician found quite well circumscribed spherical tumor of cutis with hard consistency, patient persisted on radical excision with local anesthaesia without further complications, no regional lymphadenopathy and no other tumors were proven, patient is beeing well,  macro: excision of cutis et partim subcutis 19x15mm regio glutealis l.sin with 10mm cutaneus/subcutaneus well circumscribed nodule, complete excision.
